Our Customer’s Criteria: States and Counties
If your foreclosed home
1. Located in the following States and Counties:
a. Ohio (Franklin, Cuyahoga, Hamilton, Summit);
b. Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, Allegheny, Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware, Lancaster, Chester, York, Berks);
c. South Carolina (Greenville, Charleston, Richland, Horry, Spartanburg, Lexington);
d. Georgia (Fulton, Gwinnett, Cobb, Lowndes, Carroll, Fayette, Newton );
e. Utah (Salt Lake, Utah, Davis, Weber, Washington)
2. Foreclosure is between 1 to 3 years from this current year:

5. Homeowner has Not Redeem/ Paid Back the taxes that were owed on the property.
You could be owed money in the form of overages and meet the criteria for us to investigate.
Our Transparent Fee Structure:
- We charge an initial $50.00 non-refundable Search Fee.
2. If we find funds, we charge 30% of the total Overages amount that is due to our customers.
Customers must sign an Overage Payment Agreement witnessed by a Licensed Notary, then approved by our legal department, before funds can be requested and secured.
Once funds are received by us, we subtract our 30% Fee and mail our customers a certified check for 70% of the Overages.
